don't worry so much about it. Just throw it in the wash w/ some spray and wash and let it go through the laundry.

You can use a little baking soda when things are really sticky. That is what I use sometimes. It is very cheap and completely safe for babies and pets.

I love using the clorox hardsurface on toys, highchairs, potty chairs… it makes me feel like Im really disinfecting all the germs! I often use a metal scrubby for things that are hard to get off… Soap and water should do the trick?

Eucalyptus oil is really good for the wash, just dab it on straight to sticky stuff and blot to get off. Wash straight away though. It'll even get permanent ink out. It's great on carpet stains, walls, everything. The vinegar may work – give it a try. You can add vinegar to a rinse cycle anyway to soften up the clothes. Or give good old borax a try.
